Having graduated from Cégep de Saint-Laurent in 1974 with a DEC in Architectural Technology, Rhéal started his career as a designer at Bermacode and then pursued it at Laforêt & Associés, where he contributed to building the design workshop. Based on this experience, he decided to found his own company in 1984. This decision led to the creation of Les Réalisations Conceptum International Inc.
Whether it’s in the commercial, corporate, institutional, health or social services sectors, the majority of Conceptum’s clients request their services following the signature or renewal of a lease and, generally speaking, in these sectors leases are long-term, averaging between 5 to 10 years.
To supply a design workshop of close to 20 people, you need to always be on the lookout for new clients and new projects. If Rheal is a recreational fisherman, he could also be qualified as a real professional hunter.
Having been at the head of Conceptum for more than 35 years, he has managed, over the years, to surround himself with highly talented resources, which has allowed his firm to last in an industry that has known a lot of ups and downs.
His two biggest prides are the professional independence of his firm and the very high quality of the services offered by his employees to their clients. Conceptum is a family with all the values that it embodies.
