Preselection of furniture manufacturers, showroom visit, conception of a typical workstation, furniture selection for collaborative areas, presentation to the client for approval.
Preparation of bidding documents and invitation to bid.
Bid opening and evaluation, selection of the chosen manufacturer with the client, coordination and assistance during the installation period.
Validation of the construction scheduling phases, visit of the space, coordination with the professional consultants, confirmation of the schedule and technical requirements with the client.
Elaboration and conception of all technical drawings relevant to the realization of the project and verification of all technical plans issued by the professional consultants.
Transmission of plans for biding.
Development and preparation of all documents required for bid invitations and invitation to bidder, site visit with all bidders, bid opening with the client and analysis.
Selection of the chosen bidder and announcement to the bidder of the client’s selection.
Transmission of construction plans, revision of the construction schedule, site meeting scheduling and construction management.
Site visits, transmission of change orders and change requests, verification of the shop drawings, report on the construction progress and corrections at the completion of work.
Transmission of the “as built” plans and production of the end of project report.
Development of physical move plans, defining of relocation phases and elaboration of bid documents required for bidding.
Visit of departure and arrival sites with bidders, coordination with the chosen mover, pre-move meeting with the client and all interveners for identification and signage of different site of moves.
Physical presence during the move, post-move inspection and follow-up of corrections.
