CIM-Conseil, a management consulting firm, has given us the mandate to revitalize its image.
The goal was to create a multigenerational workspace, based on the LEED social values allowing employees to develop a sense of belonging to the firm. The result was two completely different environments. The office area is corporate, fresh and bright, accentuated with collaborative areas that have a residential feel. The rest area is a meeting space with a flowery and warm atmosphere.
Prior to the work, the suite was dark, extremely partitioned, but possessed noble, strong and distinctive architectural elements.
We preserved a part of the existing building which we have harmonized with the new concept. We repeated the same process with the customer’s existing furniture by adding open space benching and collaborative furniture. By doing so, we met all the company’s expectations and gave them a contemporary look.
