Following the update of the corporate image, AGA’s new location in Westmount had to adjust to the changes based on cooperation and well-being at work, put in place by the company. With a new dynamic and modern management team, a new wind of change was to blow on the layout of space.

Employees were given all the attention they needed to maximize their cohesion. They were given free access to the view of Montréal, the closed offices were intentionally set up in the center of the space. Ergonomic furniture, vibrant colors, the goal was mainly to offer people a better quality of life.

It is mostly in the cafeteria that the focus on exchange and sharing has been implemented. More than a cafeteria, it is now an activity center and a gathering room used throughout the day.

The reception area was designed as the starting point of a new dynamic and evolving image. The wood, the royal blue, and the various shapes, enhance the layout allowing the space to recreate the effervescent side of the team.
