The client chose Conceptum to seek advice and support for the relocation of their offices in a new LEED Bronze certified building in Quebec City.

Our involvement coincided with the arrival of a new management team. Young and receptive to new management philosophies, the new team attached a great importance to the idea of well-being and pleasure at work based on collaboration, flexibility and mobility.

The result is a layout opened to the outside with glass partitions allowing natural light to enter the space for the benefit of all employees.

The dining room still has its industrial style with open ceilings revealing the rough mechanical engineering, a gray vinyl floor with a concrete impression, and a wood drop ceiling to reinforce the more intimate spaces.

The client’s objectives were met with a new polished up corporate image.
