Thomas Cook.

Following the acquisition of independent travel wholesalers, Thomas Cook North America gave us the mission to analyze the location of its future head office in Montréal.

In collaboration with Thomas Cook Canada, the Conceptum team was mandated, as project manager and client representative in Montréal, to define the nature of the new workspace environment.

Conceptum was responsible for the design and production of all plans and specifications for the Design and Architecture portion. We also had to coordinate with the client the purchase of used furniture for the call center, as well as new furniture for the collaboration areas. We also managed the construction site.

Thanks to this collaboration, Thomas Cook offered us to develop the new design concept for all 33 travel agencies spread out over the various Sears stores across Canada.
