Groupe TVA - MELS Studio.

MELS is one of the largest Canadian companies in the film and television services industry and operates the studios and post-production services of Groupe TVA.

Groupe TVA has requested our services to merge some of MELS’ services under the same roof. The targeted sector was the Technopôle Angus, where part of the staff was already installed.

The mission for Conceptum was to create a new layout, where different groups would live together, respecting the particular requirements of each team. From open spaces to editing rooms that can receive customers, these new spaces are welcoming and dynamic. A large cafeteria has been set up to promote exchanges between employees and customers. A game room and some friendly meeting areas have also been planned for the benefit of all users.

 Along with this consolidation, other reorganizations have required new adjustments to the existing layout, which allowed to refresh the workspaces and to make the customer spaces more attractive.
