Founded in 2010, Exprolink is the international leader in the electrification of multifunctional vocational vehicles (compact vehicles for outdoor cleaning and maintenance). After securing a major contract, the company decided to expand its offices and open a new factory. That’s when Exprolink’s leadership entrusted Conceptum with the mandate to design its new workspaces.
From the earliest planning stages, the goal was clear: to open up the space by moving away from traditional enclosed offices. This vision was further solidified after a visit to a furniture manufacturer’s showroom, where the client fell in love with pavilion-style modules—open environments that encourage collaboration and workflow fluidity.
The design approach was rooted in the company’s very DNA: its industrial background. This context inspired the use of raw and authentic materials, such as concrete-effect flooring, brick walls, and metal wall panels. Special attention was also given to a key aspect of their industry: cleanliness. Light-colored walls enhance the brightness of the spaces while offering a harmonious contrast with vibrant accent colors representing the company’s brands.
Bright colors, diagonal lines taken from the Exprolink logo, and dynamic ceiling patterns bring energy and movement to the space. The cafeteria—spacious and filled with natural light—was designed as a gathering place that fosters interaction and friendliness. This central hub allows office and factory teams to connect, reinforcing the social bond among employees from different departments.
