We are currently seeking a Architectural Technician capable to play a part in our growing company. Under the supervision of our project manager, the architectural technician is responsible for the production of the technical drawings and will take part in every step of the project.

Task & reponsabilities
Participate in the technical development of projects;
Elaborate technical details for the realization of preliminary and final plans;
Work in close collaboration with the project manager;
Revise shop drawings and technical data sheets;
Ensure compliance with standards, codes and regulations;
Produce working drawings and construction details;
Produce or collaborate on construction cost estimates;
Performs site supervision;
Coordinates plans with the various project stakeholders.

Education and experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate interior design;
AutoCAD & Revit;
OfficeSuite;
Bilingualism.
