When York Overseas Ltd, a charter, marine and logistics transporter, decided to relocate its offices in Montréal, several options were possible. Located on the 3rd floor of a downtown building for the past 10 years, this firm wanted to move into brighter premises.

Conceptum oriented the concept by drawing inspiration from the client’s main activities. A combination of glass, wood and metal, and a coating that reminds of the sea and cargo, give a personalized touch to the premises.

Close collaboration between the various stakeholders involved (client, general contractor, owner, furniture distributor, etc.) has made this project possible in a very short time, without affecting the final result; a friendly, bright and pleasant work place for the employees.
