When they relocated their offices in 2011, Tink’s team chose Conceptum to completely redefine the dynamic of their workspaces.

Their main concern was to create an open workspace while keeping enough closed collaborative areas that employees can share. The new premises located in the Cité du Multimédia in Montréal perfectly meet the requirements of this digital sector company.

The challenge was especially interesting because we had to recover a maximum of the existing elements in the premises in order to minimize the construction costs, without reducing the quality of the concept. Through close collaboration between the client, the general contractor and all the involved stakeholders, this project was a great success. As proof, in 2012, Tink called once again upon Conceptum to expand their offices. For this project, the concept originally established in the existing premises was to be repeated in the new section.

Tink is now one of our regular customers who rely on Conceptum to assist them with any changes to their layout.
